Coconut Interiors will provide refunds according to Australian Consumer Laws.

Coconut Interiors will provide a refund if an item is faulty, wrongly described. If the the item is faulty, you can choose between a full refund or a replacement

To submit a refund or exchange, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your product with details of your purchase. We may ask you to supply images.

If you’re entitled to a refund you will receive the refund it via the same method that you purchased the item.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you are not happy with a product, you may email us at with Subject line Change of Mind and provide information why you changed your mind. We may decide to offer an exchange at our discretion. No shipping cost will be reimbursed by Coconut Interiors nor will we be held liable if the returned items is not received by us. When the item is received, it must be in its original condition and suitable for resale, or no exchange will be granted.

Missing or Damaged Orders
Coconut Interiors will not be held liable for any items that go missing in the mail or  received damaged. It is the responsibility of the consumer to deal with the appropriate carrier (AusPost or Courier) to follow up or make a claim for compensation.
